The new Sixty2 revisits the highly expressive Ducati Scrambler design, with its slim steel teardrop tank and its four stars logo that make it easily recognizable.
Available in three exclusive colors: Atomic Tangerine, Ocean Grey and Shining Black, the Sixty2 is for rather young and sport customers and this can be felt in its technical characteristics.
Its new swingarm is made of steel, as the reservoir and the frame. Its traditional stanchion fork replaces the inverted model found on the 800, while its rear wheel features a 160/60 x 17’’ tyre.
As the motor, the Sixty2 swaps its original twin engine of 803 cc powerplant for a 399 cc capacity, producing 41 hp at 8,750 rpm and 34.3 Nm (25.3 lb-ft) at 7,750 rpm. On this new Sixty2, more details were also reviewed, such as the front and rear LED lights, LCD instruments and a dual-channel Bosch 9 MP ABS system.
Presented as an accessible, easy to drive and intended for novice riders, the Sixty2 weighs 183 kg and prices start at $8,495.
A resurgent icon signed Ducati.
